the joys

of homeschooling...well just a few.

Them begging to listen to the Lamplighter theatrical productions 

on my phone in the afternoon.

Getting to teach outside the box.

Playing hopscotch while singing the days of the week.

Time to paint

and teach about colors and splattering.

And to play with lizards.

To watch the wildlife in our yard

And of course to play with the chickens.

To keep the joy of learning alive.

That's my goal.

To build and grow and to encourage.

I see this as a year of the little engine that could.

We're plugging away little by little.

And we're making progress.
